Privacy policy
What we collect
When you book a site visit we collect your name, email, phone number, neighbourhood and the project details you choose to share. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange the visit and prepare a quote. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to deliver your project, such as our architect, engineer or permit consultant, and only after you become a client.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as warranty and tax law require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@plumb.example. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA.
