A rooming house returned to a single family home. Every system was replaced, the stair was rebuilt as an open oak and steel run under a new skylight, and the top floor became a studio.
What we changed
New electrical, plumbing and heat pump throughout, spray-foam insulation in the roof, and plaster walls finished by hand.
