of floor area, drawn, priced and built by one team.
Inside a heritage district every visible change needs approval. We documented the existing facade, matched the original mortar and restored the bargeboard and porch trim instead of replacing them.
What we changed
Lime repointing throughout, a new solid-wood front door made to the original profile, and storm windows that keep the old sashes in service.
