The tub was never used and the tile was failing. We replaced it with a level-entry walk-in shower, a floating oak vanity and a new skylight over the basin.
What we changed
Micro-cement walls and floor mean no grout lines to clean, and in-floor heating keeps the room warm through a Toronto February.
On site
Six weeks, one trade at a time, with the plumbing rough-in inspected before a single board was closed.
